Property Marketing Photography – 3D Tours helping owners and agencies

Here at ACT Studios Photography we are an innovative bunch delivering interactive 3D Tours and photography for top interior designers, luxury yachts and estate agents. We also love working with owners and agencies to showcase your beautiful holiday cottages – and the results have already shown an enhanced guest experience and new bookings.

The 3D Tours combine stunning high definition images (fantastic detail) with walk-through ‘dollhouse’ floor plans. Guests can visualise exactly what it’s like to be on holiday in the property – answering any questions and helping them book faster.

Helen – Business Owner @ Brecon Retreat

As we all know; the difference between whether a customer proceeds with booking a property, can be heavily influenced by the photos provided on your website. Professional photos can obviously make a difference and done well; can tell a thousand words. However, by providing the capability for potential guests to open the door to your holiday accommodation and walk around the property virtually, adds another layer of attraction to draw them in that flat photos simply can’t offer. I especially feel this is beneficial when trying to convey the size of a property and layout, without the risk of photo-overload. Undoubtably, the 3D view can also mitigate against customers questions that they may have concerning the property, which they might have phoned, or emailed us with.

Here are Helen’s properties. (Use your arrow keys to rotate around whole property then click in to walk through and explore inside).

Steve King, of Brixham Holiday Homes agrees:

I initially asked for one shoot, and quickly decided I wanted the tours for all of our 20 properties. The 3D tour helps show off and detail our large and small properties brilliantly and the photographers were great.
