It’s happening! A community of professional vacation rental photographers from across the globe have united. We want to provide accommodation owners and property managers with the best images and visuals – wherever you are. Each independent professional photographer specialises in capturing outstanding images of holiday properties or vacation rentals and hospitality businesses. That includes still photography, dusk shoots, 3D virtual tours, video and drone photography.
Why?
Because us photographers love what we do. We’re proud of our work. We want to do more – and get even better! So that we can continue to create and deliver the very best portfolios to owners to use to stand out and get noticed. We share knowledge, experiences, techniques and much more. Our ambition is to continuously lift the standard of imaging across the whole vacation rental industry.
ACT Studios started out in 2015 providing holiday accommodation owners and property managers in the UK with specialist holiday rental photography. That has stayed at the core of everything we still offer today. It’s where hospitality marketing begins – and it feeds out to so many platforms. Your own website, social media, membership websites (eg. Premier Cottages and FarmStay), listings on OTAs (Online Travel Agents like Airbnb) and digital guidebooks. Not forgetting email marketing, merchandise and other printed materials.
It’s tough being a pro in this field – and whilst working independently these professionals enjoy being in a community of likeminded professionals. Somewhere they can ask questions, share stories and work collectively to create amazing work.
