ACT Studios was founded in 2015 and to this day we remain a small, focused and expert team. That means that we really get to know you, and work alongside you to get the desired results for your business. We’re here to help you market your holiday accommodation throughout the UK. That includes cosy cottages, quirky cabins, grand homes, farm stays, B&Bs and more. We do that by delivering inspirational hospitality photography, beautiful bespoke websites and truly reflective content that makes your business stand out and get noticed.

Jo heads up the marketing team at ACT Studios. She has 25+ years of marketing experience, the last 13 years specifically in roles within the holiday rental industry.

Luke Deakin

DIRECTOR

Luke joined the team in 2020, overseeing all of the technical support and website maintenance. Recent developments and Luke’s hands-on approach means that ACT Studios now has an even bigger specialist team on hand to help your holiday accommodation business thrive.

Marcin is a highly talented and professional property photographer. He has been shooting, editing and delivering top quality images for more than 20 years. Marcin continues to evolve his style to stay current and is super passionate about capturing the very best images.

Design & BRANDING LEAD

Melissa is the delivery and design genius, who brings more than 25 years of graphic & web design experience to ACT Studios.

Grace Terry

Digital marketing apprentice

Grace writes the ACT Studios newsletters and blogs and assists with proofreading, formatting and preparing content for publication.

Louise Everett

Louise helps with the day-to-day running here, including keeping invoices in line, accounts in check, websites up to date and customers happy.

Nichola does all of the weekly checks and updates on the websites making sure they are running smoothly and everything is working as it should be.

SOCIAL MEDIA COACH

Katie coaches owners and hosts to generate direct bookings themselves through simple marketing techniques. This includes emails, social media and more. She previously worked in marketing for one of the biggest holiday-letting agencies in the UK.

Jane Mack

Consultant & Coach

Jane is a consultant and coach for holiday let businesses. Having owned her own holiday letting and property management company, she now supports owners and property managers to set up, run and grow their business successfully.

Russell and Simon complete our team of highly talented, specialist property photographers. Along with Marcin, they are located throughout the UK, which means we can deliver holiday accommodation and hospitality photo shoots and 3D virtual tours from Lands End to John O’Groats.
