ACT Studios was founded in 2015 and to this day we remain a small, focused and expert team. That means that we really get to know you, and work alongside you to get the desired results for your business. We’re here to help you market your holiday cottages, guest houses and hotels throughout the UK. We do that by delivering inspirational hospitality photography, beautiful bespoke websites and truly reflective content that makes your business stand out and get noticed.​

Melissa is the delivery and design genius, who brings more than 20 years of graphic & web design experience to ACT Studios.

Russell, Mario and Simon complete our team of highly talented, specialist property photographers. Along with Marcin, they are located throughout the UK, which means we can deliver holiday accommodation and hospitality photo shoots and 3D virtual tours from Lands End to John O’Groats.

Luke heads up the technical support team. When you come to ACT Studios for your new holiday accommodation website, you can rest assured they will keep your site safe and secure after launch. Plus they are available around the clock, seven days a week if there are ever any problems that need sorting. So you’ll have a team on your side working to get your website back up and running again as soon as possible.

We are also lucky to have Lin on board too, she has been with the team for many years now and helps us with market research. She’s got a fantastic eye for detail, so is a real whizz with data.

If you need some help setting up your Property Management Software (PMS) or Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings, Kerry can help. She has experience of working in the industry for more than 12 years and has an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and the holiday rental software that’s out there.
